Fill in your tax details in the dashboard — we'll review them and activate sales. It usually takes one business day.

Pack bags from what is left by the end of the day and hand them over against the customer's six-digit code, within the window that suits you.

We accept LLPs and sole proprietors. Self-employed status is not accepted for now.
The seller of the bag is your venue. Alu is an intermediary: we list the offer and take reservations.
Your staff member hands over the order by entering the customer's six-digit code. Customers cannot close an order themselves. The code is accepted from five minutes before the window opens and for two hours after it closes.
You are responsible for the contents of the bag and for its allergens, and you tell customers about them on request. The platform does not publish allergen lists.
A customer can only cancel a reservation before the pickup window starts.
A new price for a bag takes effect from the next day. The price of an order already placed never changes.
